Avoid this company at all costs if you are intending to make a claim for industrial defness or any claim for that matter. After undertaking many hearing tests through my place of work and suggestions that my hearing loss was significant, I contacted this company to initiate the process for an industrial deafness claim. Following nearly 2 years of countless further testing and time wasting the end result was absolutely zero! The company who the claim was against just kept sending me to different testing centres and clinics until they found an unethical doctor/clinic who gave them the result that they wanted and HRAC "Solicitors" were too incompetent to see what was happening and did nothing to intervene. With initial assessments of between 11-15% hearing loss the final assessment, by the companies doctor, was 4% and HRAC weren't even prepared or were maybe too inept, to lodge an appeal following my request. The variation in test results alone should have been grounds to appeal the final assessment. To call this organisation "Solicitors" is fanciful at best, they are nothing more than parasitic administrative clerks and I'm not even sure they are located in Australia (think Telstra's Indian call centres). Just a total and utter waste of time, they will do nothing more than fill out forms on your behalf, they don't care about the outcome and won't fight for a compensable result. If you intend on making a claim do your homework and avoid this company at all costs. Note: if this company writes a reply, read my statement again about continued testing to reach a predetermined outcome and HRAC's inability to recognise the tactic and lodge an appeal. They are beyond useless.
