Outstanding Service and detailed gifts! Its been more than 3 years coming in with the Haidilao Chatswood store, and not once disappointed! The quality of food and highest level of services, I have achieved the gold status in my membership levels. It was another regular Thursday night with my regular order list but this time the staff gifted the ultimate gift of chopsticks. The best ever hotpot in Sydney! Super kids/senior/family friendly! And we so love to have a family birthday dinner there too! The customer service and the food quality remain exactly the same as they are in China, perfectly showcasing the modern Chinese hotpot to Australia. I love how they care about their customers, like the so many details that they can tell, like to offer a high chair, offer the special dishes to kids and pregnant women, not even to mention the birthday singing! Just can be even better! No matter how much I spend there, its all worth it!
