Amazing customer service, such a kind and collaborative team who put in their all to give a beautiful outcome. I went from very long hair to a short cut and I couldnt be happier, turned out even better than I imagined. Joseph has such a stylised flair and did the best cut to suit my face shape and had gorgeous natural highlights to frame my face and a stunning blow dry/style by Angie. I booked my first appointment with this place yesterday and immediately from the onset, I felt welcomed and in capable hands. The vibes of the studio were immaculate and the staff were incredibly professional, offering coffee, sushi, chips and chocolates. Joseph did an analysis of my hair and talked me through each stage of decision making and his ideas for my hairstyle. Staff were super friendly - Angie did my hair colouring and Joseph did the hair cut, biggg shoutout to them. I am beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. I would give this salon 6 stars if I could. I came here because I saw they had great reviews and I wasnt disappointed. I was booked in with Joseph who really listened to what I wanted and suggested another stylist who would suit my needs. Angie was amazing. She was super friendly and even spent extra time teaching me how to style my hair at home. I also enjoyed the great cappuccino and chocolate. I cant wait to come back. Service: Hairstyling
