I came to Mr Grant few years ago with severe symptoms which are significantly affecting my quality of life (to this day). He performed colonoscopy which didnt find anything so he pushed me into his method trial and fail and put me on some pills for IBS patients. When I politely asked him if there is anything else he could do in terms of further examinations or imaging instead of trialing drugs, he got offended and said: We obviously havent developed good Doctor-Patient relationship and you dont trust me. I think Mr. Grants reaction was arrogant and very unprofessional and hence why I never came back to him. This caused me losing any faith in other specialist help for a long time and I learned to live with my symptoms. Fast forward 3 years and here I am diagnosed with severe Stage IV Endometriosis after being admitted to Emergency room. This could have been prevented if Dr. Chant Didnt totally dismiss my symptoms and actually took them seriously. Lots of other imaging could have been done then. And While I understand he is Gastroenterologist not Gynaecologist, he is still Doctor who could point me out in the right direction after hearing about my symptoms. I would say do yourself a favour and go to different specialist.

This Dr is kind compassionate and puts you at ease, post op care chats are warm and friendly Just a good all round human being that cares and loves what he does
