        Purchased a SMEG oven from Betta Chatswood at the beginning of April 2023. Betta was best when it came to price. I opted to pay $150 for disconnection and removal of the old oven and for installation of the new oven. Delivery was just a few days later by the electrician who took great care in ensuring that the new oven lined up perfectly with an existing, adjacent SMEG microwave/oven/grill combination unit. A good experience from ordering in the store through to delivery and installation.

        Probably, the worst online order experience I have had so far. I ordered a headphone, and they didnt have it in stock even though they were showing for it. I sent an e-mail asking when my order will be arriving, and didnt get reply. I called to their store and I was told that they will be ordering from another store for me, but I wasnt sure that they would do so given my experience with their none response to my e-mail previously, and of course they didnt order it. I was told to wait for two weeks to get the headphone or get a refund after such a long wait. You guys definitely need to be better in being clear about your stocks on hand so that you dont waist peoples time.
