Dr Michael Li

I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. I can only speak based on my experience. I have found Dr Li to be extremely professional, compassionate and understanding. He was the only dermatologist that was able to diagnose my uncommon conditions and work out an effective treatment. I have been seeing him for many years and have nothing but positive things to say!

Very unprofessional practice which does not notify patients when appointments are cancelled. I had an appointment at 8:15am which was confirmed 2 days before. I was called 5 minutes before the appointment as I was about to walk into the building. The receptionist told me they had been trying to contact me to tell me about the cancellation. I had not received any missed calls, voicemail or text. When pushed further I was told Dr Michael Li 'tried' to contact me the night before and could not get through. I was given no explanation for the cancellation, apart from being told Dr Li was not in today.

I agree with the other reviews about the front line staff being extremely unprofessional and rude. This poor rating is solely for the front line staff. Looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Li.
