Male resident dentist unwelcoming and cold, not very forthcoming with his opinion, impatient with kids. Literally drove us out of the consultation instead of comforting/calming a nervous child ahead of an extraction. Asked us to return another day instead. Unkind and insensitive. Disappointing as we have been coming for almost 10 years now but with the other female dentists here who are way better. PS: After the above post, reluctantly we had to return to the same dentist to finish up the extraction just ahead of the Covid shutdown. This time round the experience was much improved - dentist was much gentler to the child and we could finish the procedure with a smile. I hope this sustains so we can continue to use this clinic.

great experience at this dental surgery. the dentist that I saw (dr chen ?) had a calm demeanour + listened to all my concerns. did a great job at fixing up a couple of troublesome teeth I had. The staff there are fantastic too. Well situated in the middle of chatswood and clean.

Surgery is clean and tidy, though the building is old so it's not modern looking. DR Chen is friendly and competent. Surgery is a little bit hard to find. It's on the second floor,
