Phenomenal customer service. Ordered a bunch of things to get my Japanese/Korean BBQ game happening, amongst them a fragile habachi grill that unfortunately arrived with a small crack despite the impeccable packaging. The customer service team made it so easy to replace, had a courier come pickup the original item right from my door, and literally within days, had the new replacement delivered. It was faultless. I cant remember the last time I had such attentive and hassle free service experience! Will gladly and confidently order from here again. Thank you to the team!!

Really the best online Asian kitchenware store in Australia. Authentic, great pricing, high quality and reliable service. I could go on and on about their wonderful products, which never disappoint.
