Before I came to chiropractic care with Brett I suffered a lot of soreness in my lower back, shoulders and neck. This pain was debilitating as I couldnt sit down at work without pain and took multiple breaks, it was hard to relax also with nagging pain however the adjustments have improved my condition, as I dont have daily pain and feel less tight in my back. This has improved my mental health as a result. The team is also great at explaining things with examples, would reccomend!

So I've been experiencing sore neck and shoulders since highschool (2007) due to forward head posture. I also lost my confidence because of it. But Dr. Brett changed everything about me and my mindset that it cannot be fixed anymore. In just a few months, I can feel the difference in posture. I feel taller, the soreness in my neck and shoulders are gone. My confidence is back! I cant wait to see my friends and family back home. Dr. Brett is best of the best HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can't recommend Dr Brett highly enough, I had excruciating neck, shoulder & back pain that was restricting the 180 rotation of my head, affecting sleep and exercise. After a few sessions with Dr Brett, I felt significantly better and noticed so many positive changes. Within weeks all the discomfort stopped and my movement was restored. In addition, Dr Brett and his team are friendly and cares about his clients and their outcomes. Highly recommend Family Chiropractic Chatswood, absolute life changer.

I started my chiropractic treatment with Dr Brett for my back pain and must admit felt nervous at first. However, Dr Brett and his wonderful team are just amazing. He is patient, caring and really takes the time to answer any questions. Im already starting to see positive results for my back pain but Im also amazed that my overall well-being has improved due to Bretts holistic approach for a healthy body and mind. I wish I had found Family Chiropractic earlier!
