Good services in this company (LSM BPO), where you can grow personally and professionally and make a difference for customers and communities. Friendly environment where we live and work not just an employee but we work hard as a family. As a newbie in this industry, I really learned and appreciated the knowledge that this Company provided me. Great experience for a short period of time and counting. LSM ROCK !!! THEY ARE MAKING IT SOAR WITH CLIENTELE LOVES LSM !! THOSE BAD COMMENTS ARE EMPLOYEES THAT WAS RETRENCHED AND FIRED!! LSM is very generous, helpful .they willing to give anyone in the company a GO !!A true Australian culture . Those old staff who wrote this bad reviews are, lazy, incompetent , who sucks LSM money and doesn't deliver , the record is with us , I the HR of this company has all the record , now they are fired they want LSM to fail , you are the embarrassment , many lives and income are dependent with LSM , this is hard and clean earned money of LSM for years invested in you ,LSM worked extremely hard to be where LSM is now , LSM earned it and We the new team player of LSM will make LSM succeed more . Its our job to protect LSM . The one who gave bad comment to LSM , I'm sure any employer will like to have you after what you have done to LSM . Guess what ? We have a news for you , LSM BPO is ranking higher and higher with their clientele , their staff are getting better and groups are growing bigger , their growth in Manila and staff in Manila is getting enormously hard to control .Thanks for all LSM previous staff that was fired and with bad comment , it just made LSM better and stronger without all of you . No wonder why LSM was having a hard time moving forward last year because of all you was LSM baggage .. No wonder why LSM fired you !!! You don't even deserve to carry the name ! LSM was generous and charitable to hire you !!! You should be thankful . As we know that even LSM go to the extent of providing shelter, education and promotion to one of their old staff . . LSM is a WINNER inspite of the fact the old staff of LSM and what they have done to the company . You know why LSM WINS , Because LSM is genuine , true and has good spirit , the success of LSM is now with the great support of honourable and hardworking new team players that delivers both Australia and Manila of LSM fly higher and higher ,who are prepared to give all of what we have to make it happen , as a matter of fact we are now opening new branches to USA and Canada. AND I am one of the proud Employee of LSM !!! I say's LSM ROCK !!! We are thankful we have LSM who give chances to people like us , not sucker like you !!!All the old staff of LSM who made bad reviews for LSM is an obvious measure that they are unhappy where they are because LSM has treated them well and now they can't get any better treatment than other companies . Now realty hits them hard that they have to work harder which they never did with LSM and yet they were all paid well with generous lunches , parties and free time ,given to them . Bonuses and generous profit share. Ask yourself a question with all the goodness LSM has given you What have you delivered to LSM aside from sucking LSM money and you want more ??? and more and also give LSM bad reviews. Do you know that 30% of income of LSM goes to educating students who doesn't have any chances in their lives ? This is a one year old company and LSM first contribution is thru the people who are in need . Do you also know that LSM has given profit shares to all the staff in Manila and Australia from cleaners , guards,sales to CEO . This is LSM .The company that gives chances to all , no matter where you came from or who you are . Do you also know that LSM priority for LSM educational Foundation are children of LSM staff or its own staff , they invest in training, development and education for betterment of their lives . LSM is better off with out ,all of you, those old staff who commented badly of LSM . Now we are here , we are proud and watch us move forward for as long as I am employed with LSM , my main concern is my loyalty , my gratitude to the company that gave me a chance in life and never did LSM question that from the day one I came in . LSM saw opportunity for me and LSM invested on me without any hesitation . That Trust and Confidence LSM gave me is worth Million! Thank you LSM .The least I could say for the opportunity LSM gave to me.
