Terrible experience- worst costumer service ever! I booked an appointment and it was confirmed and I wS re assured that Dr Ma wound see me as 1st patient after his lunch break. I was concerned about. Not making it to work in time.. They rang me on the day and told me he wAs running late and I shouldnt have been given this information. Which meant I had to cancel my appointment. Of course nothing available until the new year.. Practice manager was very rude and pretty much told me it was my fault. Very stressful experience.. Woukdnt recommend..
