The nib team are always very friendly here and helpful with selection. Lots of brands and price ranges to select from, this is my preferred branch as the store is always very clean and has just had a revamp - So nice! Special shout out to Zoe from the Charlestown branch, 5 star service!!

I saw Alivia a couple of weeks ago and she was absolutely brilliant. Id been getting headaches, tired eyes and difficulty night driving. Without even mentioning my issues shed told me I had cataracts. Id normally gone every year to another optical business and not once had I been told I had cataracts. She also has helped my husband with an eye issue with such great expertise we will never see anyone other than her. Alivia is amazing!

I recently got some prescription safety goggles from here and was served by Sarah. Amazing service and very helpful. Even remembering me after 3 weeks. Very happy customer and will be back soon to get some sunglasses for summer

The service was great. The range of frames is limited. The optometrist has a bit of a cutting sense of humour - she takes getting used to but does a good job. I have bought glasses and contact lenses from here a number of times. I brought a broken pair to be assessed. They fixed them, no charge, even though they werent purchased there. Great service - continue to go here.
