I cant thank the team at Hunter Dermatology enough for a smooth, relaxing and educational treatment. From the moment I called for an appointment I knew I was in good hands! I have been to see so many dermatologists over the last couple of years and no one comes close to Dr Rashi Malesu. Unlike other consultations, Dr Rashi gave me time, space and the opportunity to share my skin challenges with her and the impact it was having on both my physical and mental health. I felt like she really listened to what I had to say and my feedback regarding things I had already tried over the years. She was so kind, caring and empathetic towards me and this made a world of difference in making me feel like I was in safe and genuine caring hands. Together we worked out a treatment plan where she explained the intention and risks associated with what she was prescribing me to do. I'm so grateful for this experience and I have seen amazing skin results in my first 2 months of treatment!

From the moment I walked through the front door I was blown away by the beautiful views and immaculate presentation of the Practice. The Staff were welcoming, well presented and professional. Carly looked after me for my Laser Genesis treatment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained the treatment process well. On completion of my treatment my skin immediately felt smooth and rejuvenated. The best thing about this treatment is there is no downtime afterwards, and I was able to go about the rest of my day without any redness or after effects. I will not hesitate to recommend Hunter Coast Dermatology and Laser to my family & friends and I look forward to my next beautiful experience at the Practice. Dr Malesu has very attentive attitude towards her patients. The care, time, professionalism and explanations given throughout the consultation made for a very reassuring and positive outcome. Dr Malesu's warm and friendly mannerism made you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Malesu doesn't take the approach of one shoe fits all. It was very reassuring to hear that there are different varieties of treatment options available. Reception staff are very professional, courteous and welcoming. Thank you for a positive and reassuring appointment.
