Got the carpet for 3 bedrooms from them on this Monday , Mohammad was so helpful and offered an very reasonable price, great service and pleasant experience! Definitely recommend!!!!

By far the best customer service upon arrival and through the entirety of selecting a suitable rug for my apartment. The two gentleman Saafi and Mohammad were extremely helpful, accomodating, patient and respectful! Ive spent a good 3 hours in the store back and forth trialing out a range of rugs and I left with a rug perfect for my apartment! Im very happy with todays outcome. I would highly recommend carpet call in Casula to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a carpet/rug!

The store hours are not correct. I came today at 5:15pm for a quick check and the store was completely closed (lights and all). Recommend calling ahead. Especially if closer to close time.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mohammad from Carpet Call Casula earlier in the year for a quote and measure. He was very friendly and informative on the day. He did not rush me into making any decisions and gave me time to think. Mohammad was very diligent with following up with emails, quotes and any questions I may have had. Any paperwork I needed was flicked over straight away. Nothing was too big an ask for Mohammad. I shopped around at several other places but found myself returning to Mohammad at the store for a second look at the flooring choices. His customer service was unlike any other I have come across. He listened to my story and circumstances compassionately and advised me on the best course of action. His calm and caring demeanour and instant dedication to my project was what sealed the deal for me on the very same day. He pulled a lot of strings to ensure that the installation was convenient to my timeline and made sure the installation process went as smoothly and efficiently as possible from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better person to undergo this entire process with. It was a very easy and seamless journey with Mohammad and he really made me feel my needs were prioritised. If I were to do more flooring work in the future, I would not hesitate to return to Mohammad for further work as I have been very grateful to have him on my team during the entire process. He laid out my new flooring all by himself and took so much care in the installation process as if he was doing his own home.He was very meticulous in his method and there was nothing at all that I could fault about his work. Very friendly, warm and open. I trusted him so much that I even left home to go out for lunch and do a bit of shopping and let him have free reign of the property to do whatever he needed to do. Would definitely also have him again for future works. All in all, super thrilled with my new flooring and grateful for such an absolutely wonderful experience with Carpet Call Casula.
