There is something realy very special in trusting someone. This has certainly been our experience with RK Solar Castlehill. From the initial consultation, which proved to be a valuable insight into the intricacies of how solar works for us, to the installation, which was done to the highest standard, to finally seeking advice and help with after service. Mission complete. Integrity in tact! Product amazing. Congratulations RK Solar on a modern day rarity.

I spoke to several different companies before choosing RK Solar. Im so glad that I chose them. They were so helpful and informative. They were great communicators for each step of the process. Nothing was too much trouble. The install team was wonderful and did a fabulous job, I was very particular and they were so accommodating. Then, they helped me set up the app on my phone and assisted me with informing my energy provider about the change so excess power can be sold back to the grid. If I could give more thank 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

After comparing many solar companies we decided to go with RK Solar and are extremely happy with their service and professionalism . They were very helpful in all aspects of the service. Also we would like to say a big thanks to the 3 installers Jordan ,Marcus and Kurt for their excellent workmanship in the installation of the solar panels, nothing was a problem with all of our questions. We spoke with three solar firms before choosing RK Solar; the reasons were: i) competitive price ii) easy-to-understand explanations of the system, the products and the process - particularly the impact of the NSW solar subsidy. (Other firms had tied us up in knots with this!) iii) Kunal, the CEO, was unfailingly helpful, and was happy to take calls from us (as solar-virgins) to answer each concern we had On installation day, the team turned up exactly on time, and were wonderfully professional. They were speedy, neat, cleaned up after themselves, and the team-lead (whose name I sadly forgot) hung around afterwards to walk us through the system, the app and to ensure the inverter was properly connected to our wifi. Really, the whole experience was great and I'd be happy to answer anyone's questions if others have any! Balmain, Sydney
