Record price for the street and an amazing bloke to partner with! Harry approached us via a cold call and I simply wanted to speak regarding a potential investment property purchase. Shortly into our conversation, we were discussing our existing property, trends in the market and strategy for our existing property. A valuation of our property was quickly developed and we agreed to proceed with Harry as our agent. Harry secured us multiple offers on the first open home and achieved a record price for the street, above our expectations. Property was set for auction but was sold on first viewing. Incredible!
