A big thank you to Greg and Jess of Louis Carr in Cherrybrook. It was obvious from our first meeting with them that they have a a very good understanding of the market in Cherrybrook and the suburb itself and the sort of demographic that should be our target. They proved to be good communicators as well as a good listeners. Greg kept us informed throughout the process of the sale which, incidentally, took five days before the house was sold. The price suggested by Greg and Jess was very close to what was achieved. They were able to advise us on all aspects of the sale and Greg was able to organise a handyman expeditiously to complete the minor repairs that the building inspector pointed out to us. A hallmark of Greg is his punctuality. He is absolutely fastidious about being on time for all appointments. We are really happy with the service provided by Greg and Jess and would, without any hesitation, recommend them as real estate agents.

Very Happy we chose Greg and Jessica. Greg and Jessica impressed us with their professional manner and knowledge of the Cherrybrook real estate market. There was a time during the sale period when we started to think perhaps we needed to lower our expectations. Greg didnt jump at the chance to lower the asking price, instead he advised us to wait.
