We started searching for a buying property since Sep 2022 and Emily has been helping us throughout the past 9 months. She truly understands what we were looking for and always proactively reaching out to us whenever theres new listing that fit our requirements. She would find time to allow us to do private inspection. She has strong market knowledge, very responsive and excellent customer service. We just cant thank her enough. We really appreciate her effort in finding us this property!

We recently worked with Louis Carr to sell our property in Glenhaven, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite marketing the property for several months, they were unable to attract any good offers. They only managed to bring in one offer, which later turned out to be problematic due to their failure to conduct proper due diligence on the buyer. Moreover, Louis Carr also mishandled the deposit, failing to secure it properly, which caused unnecessary stress and complications. Overall, we are not satisfied with their performance and would not recommend their services to others.

We have just bought and sold through Adrian at Louis Carr and cannot speak highly enough of him. He is everything a real estate agent should be, but so few are. He says what he means, he means what he says, he delivers on what he promises and most importantly, he delivers in the time he promises.
