I would just like to say thank you to both Mia and Sam for their help and great customer service. A lot of companies say they are the best at customer service but Mia and Sam proved to me that Tradelink is the best at customer service.

Terrible experience. The product was ordered online. Not listed as out of stock. Delivery within 10 business days. The price went up after ordering. I contacted to all where the product was after 3 weeks from when I ordered. I was told it would take another two weeks to arrive. One week later I was called and offered inferior product that was in stock and told they didn't know when my product would arrive and it could be quite some time. I complained to head office and my product arrived two days later! Clearly it was in stock and simply didn't want to send the product for the price paid online. Will not purchase from Tradelink again after this experience.

I went to TradeLink Castle Hill today to look at Easy clean 3-piece basin set(to confirm whether buttons on top of handles for easy removal later on)for my On-suite bathroom vanity unit before purchasing this set. I found the customer service I received was 10 out of 10, absolutely the best in Sydney! I will definitely go back to this store for all my plumbing accessories for the rest of the house renovation! I had already look at different types on different websites last night. I was aiming at WELS 5 star rating. Initially I was going to buy Caroma Elegance II which has WELS 5 to use less water which is good for the environment. One of the Google reviews for Caroma was 1 out of 5 mainly to do with the plastic under the handle stuck/ melted with the spindle as it ages. This reminds me with my shower recess cold water tap nut cover which broke when I tried to opened the nut cover with a spanner in January this year!
