I highly recommend the whole team at Brace5. My husband and both of my children have gone through and are going through Invisalign treatment and the results so far have been amazing. The team have been helpful and accommodating every step of the way.

My daughter was booked for an appointment at 2pm. We where there at 1:45. About 10 minutes later, another lady came in. And she was called in first. I asked the lady in the front desk why she was called in ahead of my daughter when we had a 2pm appointment. It turns out, that lady called in first was also booked at 2pm. Setting aside the oddity booking two separate patients at the same time, out of decency, since were there first and we were both supposedly booked at 2pm, we should've been called in first. All the lady in the front desk said was for us to wait and be patient. We had to leave because we were on a tight schedule. 0 customer service. I won't be paying thousands of dollars to a company with such horrible customer service.

I have had the BEST experience possible with the whole team at Brace5 Orthodontics! I first came here when I was 14 to receive braces and remember being treated so incredibly well, I am now back as a 28 year old and have just completed my Invisalign treatment with incredible ease and speed. Dr Mamutil is so kind and gentle and incredibly knowledgeable and set me on my path of Invisalign only 4 months ago. I now have such beautifully straight teeth and cant thank John and his team enough. The reception staff are so kind and informative and all dental assistants treat you with such welcoming empathy. I would recommend to anyone of any age!! Thanks again!
