Highly recommend Zoe the massage therapist. I have been doing triathlons and marathons for over 30 years. My regular massages with Zoe have enabled me keep going and feeling strong. She has a great understanding of the athlete's anatomy and can address those little niggles before they become major injuries. She is a must for me to allow me to continue in these sports as I now get into those older years. I definitely recommend Zoe for all types of athletes from the elite to the weekend warrior.

Zoe of Stabilise has been our massage therapist for years. My husband and I would not have got to the start line of races without her abilities. She is very accomplished and keeps abreast of new therapies. I highly recommend her to weekend warriors and more serious athletes alike..
