Everything you could expect from a top dealership for a luxury car brand. Our salesperson was Jamie Djaja, he took us through all the different options and explain what each feature does. Ordering process was smooth. We left knowing what options we need and what we don't and unlike some other dealership there's no harassing call to sell me a million dealers add ons. Highly recommended.

It was a tough decision picking the right family car for us (after much researching and visiting different dealerships) but upon arriving at the Mercedes Benz showroom in Castle Hill we knew we made the right choice! Jamie and Aileen helped us through the whole process, found us the best deals and their honest approach was such an assurance to us. I added in a window tint last minute and they quickly accomodated so we could have our car ready before the proposed pickup date. From contract signing to pickup within 3 weeks, they alway kept me in the loop along the way. At handover, Jamie took us through all the features and made sure we weren't rushed and covered everything. Jamie also asked me to pop in again after a week if I had any further questions and demonstrate parking assist feature etc that i haven't figured out yet. He has really gone above and beyond! We are thrilled with our new GLB car, and know we are in good hands for after-delivery care as well. Thanks again Mercedes Castle Hill team - the best in Sydney!

Getting our dream car, the feeling itself is amazing. To make it realistic Jamie from Merc Castle Hill made the buying process so easy and smooth. He understood our needs and what we wanted in the car. Every words he utters was absolute. He said we will get our car in 2 weeks deadline and we got it. The service Jamie provided is excellent and I would recommend Mercedes Castle Hill to anyone. Jamie is always available at anytime we needed to consult with him and reply to us. We went to Mercedes Parramatta and Alexandria however both services provided by their consultants were lacking in terms of respect, both didnt made us feel welcome. Even the email that were sent was not even replied on time. However when we entered Merc at Castle, each and every individual who work there welcome us with a warm smile and treated us genuinely. The team at castle hill didnt judge a book by its cover. Thank you
