HCF

I feel really bad for the staff here. Most are over-worked and underpaid. I was too. My parents are first generation immigrants and they wouldn't have dealt well with such working conditions, I don't know how I did. It's like a jail, no windows, not enough support staff for the clinicians. Made me regret completing the degree that I did, my entire schooling years and my parents move here. Dieing in a 3rd world country as a child perhaps might have been a better alternative. Felt like slavery and the bad parts of my childhood all over again on repeat everyday. The truth is bitter like coffee.

Tried to call several times throughout the day. No way to leave a message, just "sorry, try to call again later" recording as if I have nothing better to do but chase them all day for an appointment.

HCF is horribe, terrible, very bad to deal with. Their service lacks empathy, they are rude, smug people who want your money but do not want to help you. Have changed my policy overnight and please train yourselves at being better humans first.
