Oak in Vogue

We purchased two pieces from them. At first I was hesitant. I emailed them and even though it was a weekend John called me as I had requested. I had a couple of questions which he addressed immediately. We ordered the items on a Saturday and by the following Thursday they were delivered to Brisbane. Excellent service as I was expecting a longer than normal delivery time because of COVID. Anyway the items were well packed in order to prevent damage. They are really good quality and finish. No assembly was required although we had to dispose of the packing which was fine. The shipping charges for both pieces was only $80 from Sydney to Brisbane. I intend on purchasing from them again, only problem is the item I want is out of stock until the end of the year. I think they provide a great quality product and a very reasonable price.

So happy with the drawer unit we bought. Beautiful timber and put together well. The man was so friendly and helpful. He let us have a once over of the furniture before putting it back in the box and helping us get it into our car.

My Retro tallboy arrived this morning. I am very pleased with it. The Rear panels and drawer bases are made from Oak. They are done as floating panels. This is important as Oak has to be allowed to move. There's not a nail or staple to be seen. It's all screwed and glued as it should be. Draws are dovetailed front and rear. The finish is good and the unit looks great. I had become depressed looking the stapled together mdf rubbish in Harvey Norman etc. Even the expensive solid wood stuff in those stores is not assembled to a decent standard. So glad I found Oak In Vogue. I'll be back for more!
