Special thanks to Elias, the manager, from Mayne Rugs & Flooring at Castle Hill for his advice and patience in helping us to replace our old carpet with new hybrid flooring. Diana at the showroom was informative and helpful too, Gavin did a good job in helping to level our floors as well. Charles, the installer, and his staff were very professional and skillful as they did a great job. All in all, great customer service, friendly staff and reliable. Highly recommended

Just be aware that for flooring if your floor is even a little uneven, its gonna cost you almost the same amount of the actual material you buy. Make sure you check that before buying. And also ask them to tell you exactly what is included and what is not.
