        I walked into the store today hoping to find a timeless outfit for my sons wedding I was not acknowledged; I was totally ignored & the store was not busy There were 3 assistants standing around the counter chit chatting-a young girl, a blonde lady & young man I walked around for approximately 20mins hoping to be firstly acknowledged. Someone else walked in & received a welcoming hug & over exuberant reception Clearly if I had my hair, makeup, fake tan & designer label I may have been greeted within the first 10secs Disgusting customer service & never going into that store

        Horrible customer service!! Walked in to find an outfit for my friends upcoming wedding, looked around this tiny store for like maybe 15 minutes...not once was I even acknowledged nor asked if I needed any help by the older little blonde lady at the counter. That's pretty rude considering you guys sell high end designer clothing...maybe you need to match your customer service to that too. My wardrobe is made up of like maybe 90% Camilla...was I snobbed off because I turned up in simple Jeans and a plain white t-shirt?? Not stepping foot here again!!!
