Relatively good stock with a lot of brands available. The store is clean and organised well. Most of the staff seem friendly but some dont really acknowledge your existence. The thing I dislike about this particular Universal Store would be the change rooms and how they dont have actual doors, but thats a minor issue! The location of the store within Castle Towers is quite good, central and close to everything else. Would recommend if youre around the area and looking for something fashionable for teens and young adults.

Great service by staff, terrible jeans. I bought black jeans for $100+ from the stores brand called Abrand. The cut is great And they fit perfectly but they have stained my T-shirt and my skin even after I washed them and now they are slowly getting a blue tint. I imagine it is because the fabric they use is blue first and then dyed black? I am hoping they will stop staining after the second wash. I cant return them because i have washed them already but just be mindful of it or get the blue jeans instead.
