Loved our experience with Luke & Distinct Innovations! Luke guided us through the process right to the end. We're delighted not only with the design but also Luke's ability to make his vision come to light. He was in regular contact with the builder to ensure the accepted design materialised. He kept in regular communication with us too, to ensure we were comfortable as the build progressed, making several insightful suggestions along the way. We used Distinct Innovations to build our dream extension. Luke was hands on and made the experience very easy as this was our first time renovating. Luke listened to our requirements and provided his magic to design an amazing architectural drawing. He incorporated all aspects of our future outlook and as we have a north facing block. With the result being more than we imagined. With Luke's experience and professional manner we would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Innovations.

Luke from distinct innovations was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the beginning and all the way to the end of designing our house. He understood what we wanted and gave great ideas but listened to our concerns and took it all on board. He was also amazing at helping us get all the documentation ready for council application and helped throughout when council asked for more information. He made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and use Luke again.

From the very beginning Luke was informative, gave practical advice and was easy to speak to and bounce ideas off. He understands his craft very well, but explains things in layman's terms. The end product is a testament to his ability to listen to our needs, and come up with a design that not only incorporated our ideas and wishes but exceeded our expectations.
