I bought some products yesterday. Their offers and prices are good and I would like to give 5 stars but unfortunately customer service was poor. The lady, shop assistant seems wasn't happy to be there or serve the customer. She made us feel not welcome to the store. But again these 3 stars are for price and products.

The products are fun and bright but my god the service was terrible. Shop assistant barely made eye contact and when I asked questions about cleaning the bags, I was visibly eye rolled at lol. Didnt seem happy to be working at all.

Colette used to be that store for teenagers/adults to go into to buy accessories without the fear of kids being in there screaming and carrying on. I never want to go in there now seeing as theres a whole section of the store for kids. And recently I had to chuck out earrings which claimed to be made out of titanium, meaning they would be light and not cause irritation...irritation is the key word here. My ears are hurting so much right now. Theyre crusty and sore. Colette seems to have lost their touch with quality. Its all cheap jewellery now. Get rid of the kids stuff and way more young teenagers/adults will shop there

The staff member I spoke to was really helpful. I've been here before & will definitely come back. There is always something here that I like.
