Ordered a part but the supplier's photos were wrong despite asking on the Chat screen beforehand. Adrian contacted the supplier who confirmed their photos needed updating. Unfortunately the part was not close enough to the genuine part so I declined it. Adrian promptly organised a refund, all handled with care, politeness and understanding. Thanks Adrian!

i own a small automotive business and these guys smash the pricing on their products. last week i saw some speakers i wanted for my own car. they were at a trick price but didnt have time to order til now . the speakers were not at the price i saw and i thought id missed out i contacted Frazer from automotive superstore customer service and he said he could honour the price even though they had changed price he still honoured the price . thanks frazer you are the man ! ill be looking here first for my parts needs in the future.
