Our hot water system broke down in the early hours of the morning. Called at 5.30am and was advised someone would be there between 7 & 9am and would call me 1/2 hour before arrival. At 7.05 am got the call Nathan was on his way. Arrived at 7.30 checked the issue and advised me of the problem. I agreed to proceed and he had everything fixed and working within the hour. Very impressed with the excellent service and prompt response. This was 2 days prior to Christmas. 5 stars guys for your professionalism and prompt response. last Dec, I got them out to pump water rain water tank. two technicians could not find the outlet of the water tank and charged $300 for advice to pump water from one tank to another at rate of $990 for first hour then $450 for second hour to transfer water of less then 9000 laters. with their hiring a commercial pump they said after two hours the pump was still working and charged me another $450! while I have a pump from Bunnings that can do 16500 laters within one hour. the young one has little knowledge in water tank and kept calling the manager on the phone. he charged me two hours work for over $2,260. simply with one person set up the pump in 20 mins and rest they sat there watching...I had another plumber came to check and saw the outlet was just right behind the water tank amount the grassed lawn...these two technicians either tried to fool me or with professional negligent that EVERYONE in their field would have known any rain water tank is BUILT with an outlet. Office of fair trading did the investigation and found them breaches of trades licensing agreement and I am taking this matter to tribunal - NCAT - hearing will be in 2- 3 weeks time.
