Powerhouse Supplements

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM! I put an order in a month ago for 250 dollars including 3 items, they shipped 1 item a fee days later and nothing since, I unticked promotions when i ordered and have still received 19 promotional emails in 30 days, but when i email them regarding not receiving all my items they just say your items wont be long, no tracking number, no reason ie out of stock or anything. Do not purchase online!

After going to 3 different supplement stores wasting my time, I thought I'd try powerhouse. Low and behold they had plenty of stock. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Natalie was super helpful, plenty of knowledge and even chucked in some samples which is always appreciated. Definitely will be supporting these guys in the future with all my supplement needs.

It's disappointing that I have to write this. I've been a long time customer and member with Powerhouse Supplements. I've decided to give online shopping a go because there was the promotion of "Spend over $200 to get a free showbag". My order was over $200, I qualified for the bag at checkout and paid in full. Two weeks later I get a refund for one of the items due to it being out of stock. The delivery was made for the remaining items and no showbag. Not only that but the BCAAs was expired (today is the 16/03/2023) and the EXPIRY on the tub is 03/23. This is just bad practice and principle overall. I will never fall for these online promotions again because I will never purchase from Powerhouse Supps again! False promises and expired products. Vitamin King or Nutrition Warehouse is where I will buy my supps moving forward.

Says there open till 7pm, once arrived at 5:50pm Cleary closed. Why waste peoples time?
