Deena is a great psychotherapist. She pays careful attention, helps you figuring out the root of the issues, and provides very practical advice. I've learnt new things and made some great progress in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend her.

Deena is fantastic at what she does. I have seen her a few times over the last few years and her impact has been truly amazing. She has helped me to not only overcome certain aspects of my anxiety but aided in joining the dots to why I have felt the way I have in situations that have been holding me back. I instantly felt comfortable with her, like I could share anything. Couldnt recommend her more highly.

Deena is not only highly experienced and incredibly professional, she is warm, compassionate and vivacious. No matter what state I may be in, I feel safe always in the space she creates. She passes on her wisdom and tools to help me through tests on my journey and has helped me more than any counsellor or psychotherapist ever has.

I have had the privilege of working with Deena over many years and it has been life changing. When distressing and overwhelming situations occur in my life, I check in with Deena, who with her wealth of knowledge and experience gets right to the bottom of the problem, unpacks it for me, which helps me make sense of what is occurring. Deena leaves me with clear and helpful strategies to make the right changes in my life and relationships. Through this process I feel seen, heard and understood. Deena genuinely cares about my life and through her knowledge and support, I have seen increased self-esteem, felt empowered to make significant changes in my life, which in turn has helped me grow and realise my worth as a person. Deena was by far one of the most empathic, warm, intuitive and knowledgeable psychotherapist I have had the please of seeing, and I have seen a lot of Psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrists in my time. She not only assisted me in my own journey but also my partner at the time which he regularly points credit to Deenas work. I would highly recommend Deena to my own loved ones and anyone else that is looking to understand themselves and their journey
