The people at Delrico are simply amazing and have such a fantastic work ethos. It shows how committed they are to customer service and ensuring their business is successful. They repaired a small glitch with my retractable hose (which actually was my fault) I bought from them, and they still honoured the warranty on the product. We have bought 3 reels from them and will certainly continue doing business with them. Fantastic local business.

Can not rate these reels from Delrico high enough! It has made my life so much easier in the garden and the quality is incredible. Finally, a reel that is made to last. Highly recommend!!

First time Delrico hose reel owner. At this stage I couldn't be happier. Love the fact that I could choose my own reel colour and shade (mind-boggling range of colours available). Hose was delivered quickly; extremely well packaged. Hose includes quality brass fittings, retracts beautifully and my bright blue Delrico is a fabulous feature of my garden.

Amazing Australian company. Great communication. The quality is great and I can see this hose reel lasting a long time in our garden. The retraction is smooth and the head is nice and solid. Especially love the brass fittings and that you can get a custom colour reel to suit your home. 10/10 would recommend
