There is a reason why my family has been coming here for decades, we were always looked after. I had my carpets replaced in December 2022. The staff were helpful, and the carpet great, even my Mum said it was good. A shout out to the installers Ken and Darren, who were honest and careful during installation.

We had to wait 4 months for the carpet we chose but it was worth the wait. The salesperson at Cronulla Carpets was very helpful and delivered the job as promised. The carpet layers have done a great job. We are very happy with our whole experience with Cronulla Carpets. Thank you

We received poor service from Cronulla Carpets and will not be purchasing from them. We came into Cronulla Carpets in December to choose some flooring and carpet for our house. We were assisted by Yvonne who was extremely helpful and made the whole process feel very easy and pain free. A few days later we emailed her asking for a quote and gave her all the info needed in order to organise the quote. No response a week later so we sent a follow up email and still nothing. A few more days go by so we called and Yvonne assured me she would send the quote right then. An email came through with a price (and that is all that was in the email) so naturally we had more questions about how the price was structed etc. I immediately another email and no response came back. Another week went by and we sent another follow up email. Another few days go by and we called asking to speak to someone about the quote as we were getting nowhere. We were then informed that Yvonne no longer works for Cronulla Carpets. They told us that the manager was not there but would be back in 15 mins so they could call me back then. We left our phone number and a few extra details. We never received the call. We gave them one last chance a week later when we called again and we explained the entire situation to someone else. No apology or explanation was given. They said they would look over the emails and get back to us. We have received no call or email since. We do not recommend Cronulla Carpets and will not be buying from them.
