Rather disappointing experience as quality of work performed was unsatisfactory, large number of incomplete or defect items and some materials used were structurally inferior to the verbally agreed (90x45) so engaging this subcontractor requires significant effort in putting the verbal and email agreements into the legal contract including all specification or otherwise being ready for a legal process with an unfavorable outcome. Noted that the contractor has used photos from triplex framing in Kirrawee on its Facebook and Instagram. Be ware that the contractor was terminated and the project was finished by the third party. Cease and desist using the triplex framing project in Kirrawee for commercial promotional purposes. Services: General carpentry & cabinetry services, Rough carpentry services
