Booking Ben for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. Not only was he easy to deal with, with great communication, he was also just a stand out person on the day who felt like a friend by the end of it all. He fit in easily with our guests, making everyone feel comfortable and capturing some amazing memories for us throughout the entire day. Our photos are absolutely incredible and we still pour over these almost two years later. We loved Ben and his style so much that we recently booked him for a portrait style maternity shoot, and the photos are just as incredible as our wedding photos. It was so lovely to see him again and we look forward to booking him again for a family shoot in the future. Do not hesitate to book Ben, you won't be disappointed.

Whay a magical day. We are so glad you could join us on the day. You won over our friends while you mingled and took candid snaps. You really captured all the moments of the day. When Ben says to make 20mins for sunset photos do yourself a favour, get those magical photos and take the moment to check in with your husband/wife. It's a whirlwind of a day, glad we have beautiful photos to look at and remember all those emotions you have captured. Thank you Ben!

Ben Howland was on top of my list for wedding photos two years ago, unfortunately he was booked out for my wedding day. I really love his work and asked if he offers pregnancy/maternity photo session. He kindly offered and drove 1.5 hour to the Killcare Putty Beach. It was a pleasure to communicate inspirations. Ben was flexible to reschedule the booked date due to bad weather. The shooting experience was excellent and the photos are amazing! On the day, Ben arrived earlier and checked the time required to drive between two shooting spots. He's so well prepared and professional so that we could get most of the photos during the short period of sunset time. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone for wedding or family photos! Almost forgot to mention, I was super impressed by the speed of receiving the digital gallery! (I was expecting within one month, but he delivered in 1 day!)

Ben Howland is an incredibly talented, hugely personable, excellent photographer. We could not have made a better choice to capture our wedding day. Ben worked with us to make us feel genuinely relaxed in front of the camera, and thus capture the best versions of ourselves. His ability to be in the right place at the right time throughout the day meant the photos of all of our wedding guests are simply glorious; the cheeky smiles, big moments, bigger emotional highs - bloody wonderful photos. If you're not sure about having a 'practice' or engagement shoot too, we would definitely recommend it! Given we, as mere mortals, are not being papped in our every day lives, this was a beautiful opportunity to meet Ben, understand how he operates and works to get you the best photos, without feeling staged, rigid or awkwardly posed. We can't thank Ben enough for giving us such incredible photos; his communication, service and delivery of photos is always timely, professional and reliable.
