Our pool is not in so cant rate for quality yet. So far, we had two delays since February and no confirmed dates were sent out still, delays were not communicated well (we only found out a week before by asking if things were on schedule), which has made concreting and landscaping arrangement difficult. We were told the delay was due to the rain, however it has been a very dry summer and other pool companies seem to be operating in our neighbourhood without any issues. Light showers do happen every now and then, Narellan doesnt seem to be able to operate at all. We are not satisfied with the delay and the explanation Narellan has provided. Wouldnt recommend this pool company to others at this stage. Service: Fiberglass swimming pool construction
