        Cannot get in touch by phone,only face to face.I am disabled and cant get there to pick up large parcels which they said I was not home to deliver. Not true.

        Terrible customer service. Only interested in closing early and smoking. Passive aggressive also. We told them we have a few parcels to send so should we come at a good time for them, only to be met with eye rolls and "that's going to take ages". Laughably bad.
