        These guys are professional loan sharks and are out to make money so be cautious - very defensive when dishonesty is pointed out, claim to provide refunds but do not so best to avoid this business altogether for goods that cannot be visually inspected and verified.. PS: A bad Google review is the best way to deal with a provider when poor customer service is experienced. A responsible business will respond promptly with better service and I welcome improved service to the community from this pawnbroker.
