Have purchased seven cars from this dealership since 2013 . First dealing from change of ownership . Low balled me on trade in offer . Five year old car with only 57000 k's . Said car needed work , had had every service with them , including service three weeks before trade valuation . Won't be dealing with them again !

Kelly Mitsubishi have been so accommodating to my needs and so polite, they upgraded my number plates completely free and went over all the costs with me in great depth and detail. Highly recommend buying cars from this retailer. Thanks so much guys!!!

bobbie sold me a mazda very lovely and helpfull sales man answered my phone calls and solved my issues when asked and nothing was a problem i will definitely be going back if ever needed another car in the near furture ...loved the service ..

After sales service is not just poor, it's non-existent. I pickup up my new Outlander Aspire on 29 November 2022, and due to the salesperson I purchased the car from, being away the day I picked up the car, I was told he would contact me in a day or 2 after to discuss the service program. I still haven't heard from the salesperson. I also contacted service @ Cardiff on 17 January 2023 requesting to have a tow bar and roof racks fitted. I was told that someone would be back to me within 2 days. Here we are 2 weeks after my call, and you guessed it, no reply. The car is great and a pleasure to drive but its unfortunate that an organisation is so happy to sell you a product but once you have left with your purchase, you become insignificant.
