        Took my car to service with them on many occasions always noticing their customer service quality declining over the years. Last time I went there after booking online and receiving the confirmation, I was told there was no booking and that they were fully booked for months. I had to skip work to be there. Their excuse: "The system has a problem and is sending these emails". When I said they were losing a client because of that, all I heard was "Ok". I won't be coming back.
