Thank you SO much to Kat from Earworx! We are SO happy to have found you! My son had been complaining about not being able to hear things properly and had pain in his ears for some time, and after previous Grommet surgeries, I didn't want to go down the ENT path again until I had exhausted other avenues. Kat found that my sons ears were severely impacted by hard wax resulting in his hearing loss. Seeing how much it upset him to want to have his ears fixed, Kat did everything she could to help him, even staying back through her lunch break. Eventually, she removed the hardened wax that was impacted in his ears, in a very safe and calm way, and my son was so over the moon, that he couldn't even say thank you at the end, he was that overwhelmed with being able to hear again! Thank you Kat! You were highly professional, very informative, you knew how to speak to my son in a way he would understand, showed him and involved him in every step to make him feel relaxed and calm, and left a huge impact on my 11year old son, that he will never forget! Just blown away by how wonderful you were! I cant thank you enough! Ill be bringing my other children to see you soon! The relief and joy from my son, was worth every cent! Thank you

I absolutely LOVED this experience. I had two ear infections and they were very painful, but this experience was completely painless. Katrina made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. She was very welcoming and educational and took the time to explain what was happening and how it happened as well as showed me via camera in my ear. I would definitely rate this experience and 100% would come again.
