        APPALLING. 50 min dryer - and clothes still wet?? Don't try to respond saying I overpacked - I didn't, and I've taken out wet clothes from a laundromat dryer - if anything they're usually burning hot & crisp. Shocking. Not okay to charge 10 !!!! Dollars and not even getting the basic function of the service. Honestly, 20$ for one small wash & dry - and you don't even get that. Shameful
