Granite Transformations Hunter Region

Loved kitchen when it was first done, got great service and happy with result. BUT 5 years on, all the glue is breaking down and the bonded laminate on the doors and panels is peeling off. Contacted Granite Transformation Brookvale and they're not in the least bit interested. First response is you'll have to change the doors and panelling. Next response, we don't make those doors anymore and for me to find someone to re-glue them. Not even, we have carpenters that can help. So very very disappointed! If I thought I'd have to redo the kitchen so soon I would definitely not have gone with this company. The lack of concern is very surprising given I thought they were a quality company with quality products. But THEY DON'T LAST. My Bunnings cupboards put into laundry at same time have no issues. Was very happy with the whole process. Rodney came out on time, we received the quote very promptly and agreed on the install date. Visited the showroom to further see options and we made a few changes, Leigh arranged for a time to check measure for the new cupboards and also the existing cupboards that were staying and arrived on time again, and the team arrived on the agreed day for installation to start. We are very happy with the finished product. Very professional team and would recommend these guys for a refurb or renovation. Customers beware of this service I paid my deposit and booked a kitchen remake 5months prior with the understanding that it would be completed before Easter as I had 2 large birthday parties 4 weeks prior Jeffery (sales rep)told me that my job could not be done as they had bigger job with more money to do !!! Their attitude was one of couldnt care less about my situation because the other job was paying moreThe company were rude , non responsive and unhelpful to my complaint.One more thing check your quote against others I found another service (dream door kitchens)that quote was $1500 cheaper with a much better product and range Shop around people as this service are not committed to providing good customer service.You cannot rely on getting your Job done .Good Luck if you are using them now !!
