        I popped in for a visit while passing through town a couple of weeks ago and everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was a great time on the mats with incredibly respectful and skilled individuals.

        So much talent in this school, there are a wealth of coaches with various martial art backgrounds. A very friendly learning environment without the egos you generally encounter in other schools.

        Practical, safe, authentic and effective Gracie Jiu Jitsu taught by a fantastic team of instructors and supported by a wealth of knowledge amongst those on the mats. It's my favourite time of the week!
