Ordered my new MUX with Kyle the new sales consultant. Have had a great experience. Dave the manager has also been nothing but helpful. Would highly recommend Cardiff Isuzu.

Customer service at this place is horrible within the service department. Poor communication and blatant lies towards they Customers. Chasing the team weekly for updates on vehicle, with no answers and never a returning phone call. Then the team blatantly lied once I could get an answer on where my vehicle was up to stating they tried to call me 4 days prior to tell me the vehicle was ready to go. No phone call was received nor any texts. They had the vehicle for 4 weeks. Will never use this branch again.

We picked up our new MUX today after a bit of a wait. Dealt with Daniel and Daniel, they were both amazing through the whole process. Always easy to contact and happy to answer any questions. Thank you for our new car

Bought a brand new Isuzu MUX 2023 model. It has 3500km on the car. It has now come up with an airbag light on the dash and I was informed today by the service department that the air bag in the seat is faulty. When I pursued the matter trying to get a hire car for time it is going to take to get the part in to fix the car, I was told by the manager that he couldnt provide a hire car for my partner to drive to work each day in. It is a safety hazard to drive the car in its state and I was dismissed with we can recommend you dont drive the car as a response. As if the matter would not make our lives difficult. The manager just couldnt really seem to care less about the issue. Absolutely disgusting, pathetic service provided by Isuzu Cardiff. Id suggest you go across the road to Toyota to buy your car instead.

Have only ever had good things to say about Cardiff Isuzu, until my most recent service in March. I had my scheduled 45000km service on my MUX and was told 'everything is perfect'. The next day I start experiencing issues with my car that I have never had before. Multiple calls that didn't get answered and the online form filled in on their website which I got no response to I finally got through to them about the issue. I took it in and advised I needed it back by 1.30pm. Between 2 and 2.30pm the tell me my car is undrivable, then 5mins later they come out and have tried a 'fix' and my car is fine to go and I am to monitor the issue. Same thing happens the very next day so after calls which are promised to be returned, which are not, I finally get it booked in again for the issue. They have it all day yesterday and apparently find something else that was likely causing the problem. I get it back and again told to monitor. This morning again, same issue happens. I can't get through to servicing yet again so leave a elmessage and am told someone will call back. This was 2 hours ago now. No call back as expected. Will be contacting Fair Trading/Ombudsman to see what the next step is considering my car is still under warranty and this issue has only arisen since my service
