We visited on a quiet Tuesday, receptionist will not get up from the chair to welcome you. She will still ask if you need any help by sitting on her chair at the corner. So if you are not familiar with cars, I recommend you to do your own research before your visit, you might get more information online, then coming to the actual store. We understand as a waiting period on most of the cars these days, but theyre so no interest of selling cars.

Let me walk through what happened after picking up my car from service. We didnt touch your wheel alignment you done it yourself what the service guy told me. Then whispered to his colleagues now we can sell him the wheel alignment. Also changed the tyre pressure to different PSI on each wheel which makes the car unstable. Moral of the story, dont buy a Honda, and even if you do never take it to Cardiff for service. Theyll mess with your car and ask you to pay extra to fix what they caused first.

The most Answers Ive heard from the sales person is I dont know when I asked some details about the cars, seems like they dont really understand what product they are selling, but as a sales person they good at introducing financing extended warranty or insurance that anything makes you pay extra from your pocket. Guess they sometimes can do a bit of part time job like selling some coffee machine or TVs
