Kirby Bree Fitness Gym

This gym is beautiful and supportive. The instructors go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the area for the kids is awesome. Always felt supported to bring my kids. Kirby is honestly such a beautiful, caring and supportive instructor. She was so helpful to me during a tough time. Definitely happy with my experience.

I started three weeks ago with absolutely no experience and am now doing 2-3 sessions a day. Kirby and the other trainers have been nothing but patient and motivating. Only a short time in and I am feeling stronger, clearer and happier. I absolutely love all the ladies who attend these classes and I wouldnt want to start my journey anywhere else with anyone else

I am so grateful to have found Kirby Bree Fitness. After months and months of contemplating and searching for a gym (first ever time going to a gym) I finally found Kirby Bree Fitness online and sent an enquiry. I had no confidence and was not happy within myself. In the past 6 months Ive been attending KBF I have felt like I have found that confidence I have been lacking a big part of my life and feel happier in myself. I started 1 on 1 PT training with Ash 2 times a week in January 2021 she was so patient with me and made me feel completely at ease. I love that she pushes me but also knows my limits. I still do two 1 on 1 sessions a week plus I aim to get to at least two classes which I really look forward to. All of the trainers Ash, Kirby & Helen are frIendly and so knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the classes and the community of women are so amazing, everyone is so friendly, encouraging & welcoming. Honestly if anyone is tossing up wether to take that step do it! It was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
