Low quality products with piss poor customer service. We purchased a harness from you guys that was advertised with a weight rating of 1000kg. First use pulling 50kg the buckle snapped. Fixed that ourselves and second use (also super light) the metal ring snapped. We have emailed twice and have not heard back. Don't buy from this company

I met Steph at the Fitness Expo in Sydney last year. She was very easy going and she told me that she can do the full fit out for my boutique gym studio (from flooring to machines to wall attachment - everything my gym may need). The quality of the Arrow equipment is solid and looks amazing. I looked at many other companies to do fit outs for me but they just weren't anywhere close to what Southern Cross Fitness can offer - from service to equipment quality to pricing I don't see any companies that would beat them. Therefore I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to open any sized gym, I will definitely order from them again when I'm opening my second gym! Carmen was looking after my quotes and she was always very helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed to change something - both her and Steph were always available and eager to help out. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and they made my first gym fit out as smooth as possible. I thank you Steph, Carmen and Southern Cross Fitness for making all this possible! Ordered a new exercise bike on the 19/10/22, I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery and but when the tracking didn't update after that time I decided to email the store to find out what's going on. 2 unanswered emails led to me sending a message via Facebook got a response from Matt (absolute gem and the only reason I've given 3 stars not 1!) He responded quickly and with a solution. Cut to the 5/12/2022 and a new exercise bike was sent out because the courier lost the first one and I finally received it on the 28/12/22 almost 3 months later! Not the best experience, but hey at least we got there in the end!

Quick and easy trip. Gorgeous blonde girl in store had all the info I was after and got me sorted straight away.
